DCMA Policy for Notechy Info

Notechy Info has adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The address for Notechy Info’s Designated Agent to receive notification of claimed infringement is listed at the bottom of this page.

Infringement Notification & Process

If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on this site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or that your intellectual property rights have otherwise been violated, please provide our Designated Agent the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property allegedly infringed;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, as well as information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner that is the complainant.

Counter-Notification Process

If a notice of claimed copyright infringement has been filed against you, you may file a counter notification with our Designated Agent using the following procedure and content:

  1. A physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant;
  5. Communication with our Designated Agent that includes all of the above information should be submitted to the following email address:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the complainant with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10-14 business days. Unless the copyright owner files for a court order restraint, the removed content may be replaced or access to it restored in 10-14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and to encourage the responsible handling of copyrights and intellectual property, users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or submit invalid DMCA counter-notifications are subject to having their account privileges suspended or terminated. Notechy Info maintains a policy that provides for the suspension or termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users of the Notechy website who are repeat infringers.

We will promptly terminate the accounts and access rights of users appropriately found to be repeat online copyright infringers. However, users will have an opportunity to respond and provide evidence in their defense before permanent termination occurs.
